Payment and Shipping Policy

We process online payments through Razorpay.

We have partnered with fre courier services, including The Professional Courier, BlueDart, and ST Courier, to dispatch orders.

The payment gateway system provides you with an array of convenient options to purchase our products and services. These various options are through net banking, credit card and debit card and UPI Wallets. We do not accept cheques or demand drafts.

In case your payment fails, please contact us by creating a support ticket or write an email to us. We will respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your email.

All the orders which are sold to our customers will have an e-bill with GST included for the products, as per the government rules and regulations. Tax receipts will be emailed to customers on payment validation along with the order confirmation. Customers can also download the receipts by signing in with their credentials at our website.

Since all payments are to be made through Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking/UPI links, all customers are advised to pay only online at www.backcasefactory.com.

We ship our products only within India.

Once the order is placed, an automated email with booking confirmation and invoice will be sent to the customer. The order received will be processed and products will be shipped within the mentioned dispatch date. The estimated dispatch date will be shown to the customer before placing an order. Depending on the delivery location, the delivery can take about 1−10 working days from the date of dispatch.

The customer will be emailed with the tracking information once the order is dispatched.

Delivery time may also be subject to delays due to bad weather conditions, strikes, unexpected delay from our delivery partners or any other act beyond our control, for which we will not be legally liable.

If the delivery location could not be located by our delivery partners, the order will be cancelled and full amount will be refunded to the customer's original payment method.
