Return Policy
We are sorry for any instances wherein you will be forced to return a product. In such unavoidable circumstances, we allow up to 10 days for return of the product.
Return Instances Allowed
- Wrong item has been delivered to you.
- Damage in the product (not in package or other packing materials) at the time of delivery.
Return & Replacement Procedure
To book a return and get a replacement, you may
- Write an email to us with your details, order ID and photo/video evidences of the issue.
Our support team will contact you to arrange for return or refund accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
All prepaid orders cannot be canceled once paid. However, in special circumstances—such as the inability to upload matching images for customizable products—cancellations may be allowed at the discretion of Back Case Factory.
Please Note: Our usual dispatch days for each product differ and a consolidated date of dispatch will be shown to you before you make payment for the order depending on the products you are ordering. The dispatch might get delayed if you delay upload/update customization that are required for the customizable products in your order. However, some orders shall be dispatched much sooner to this time.
If your order is cancelled by us or cancelled for special circumstances, your refund will be issued within a maximum or 48 hours. The refund shall be reflected in your original payment method within a maximum of 10 days or depending on your bank's schedule.
Refund Policy
We will try our best to securely pack and deliver the products as intact as possible. In case, if the product gets damaged or lost during transit, full refund for your order will be issued. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method provided at the time of order payment.
